Loveliest of trees....

Loveliest of trees, the cherry now

Is hung with bloom along the bough,

And stands about the woodland ride

 Wearing white for Eastertide.

  1. We always seem to overlook the flowering trees. Buying flats of flowers worrying " will these seeds grow"? I live on a lovely tree lined street also, this time of year is a favorite. Your street looks exceptionally pretty this spring.

  2. I look forward to the cherry tree ever Spring, and am always sad if it blooms during a rainy week. But not this year! Bright sun and dry days have worked their magic. *phew*
