Favorite Thing No. 181

With temperatures near or below freezing every night this week
there is no contest as to my favorite thing:

My new L.L. Bean Ultrasoft Flannel Sheet Set
in a pretty rose ticking stripe.
(It was an early Christmas gift from a kind friend
when the Nor'Easter hit on Sunday.)

Of course the next six days are supposed to be in the 50s and 60s.

As the old adage goes:
"If you don't like the weather in New England... wait a minute."

  9. I have never tried flannel sheets. I do love anything from LL Bean and the red stripped is so cute! Where in New England do you live? My dad was stationed in Rockland, Maine. Loved it there and could have put these sheets to good use on those cold nights.

  10. I saw on the news how the snow dumped and then temps were supposed to go back up again. Really crazy weather for the East Coast over the past couple of weeks. Those sheets are lovely! Best wishes, Tammy
